Olde Town Pickin' Parlor ships throughout the United States.  We carefully pack instruments for shipment and we insure them for their full value.  On a case by case basis, shipping can sometimes be arranged internationally. Due to recent, persistent incidents with UPS and Fedex, instruments over $5000 in value are shipped on a case by case basis only. We may require buyers to arrange their own shipping.


If the instrument is new (Select Collings, Teton, Eastman, Kala, Nationals ONLY), the buyer has 48 hours to assess the instrument. In the event that the buyer decides to return the instrument, the buyer must return the instrument to us in the same condition that it was received.  The instrument must be clean from any playing marks, with no sign of wear/damage, regardless of how minor. Used instruments and consignment instruments have NO RETURN policy. Instruments are described as is, and customers are free to request any information they need before purchasing.


Return shipping (and insurance) for new instruments must be prepaid at the buyer's expense.  In the event of damage during return shipping, we can not refund your payment, and you will need to file a claim with your shipper.  


Upon receiving and assessing the instrument, Olde Town Pickin' Parlor will issue a refund for the value of the instrument minus shipping costs and any fees incurred during processing of the initial payment.
