Built locally in Colorado by luthier Brad Van Loenen, Turkey Creek mandolins started as a collaboration between Brad and his father, and has continued as such until today, with his dad sourcing the wood and Brad building. This mid period example, from 2009, #63, and has many of the same “home brew” qualities Brad first got attention for up at Telluride and such.
Colorado spruce top, maple back, sides, and neck.
In good shape, with some finish checking by the inlay work on the headstock.
1 1/8th nut.
Comes with a hardshell case.
