Built to more modern specs than the resonator mandolins of the 1930’s, this RM-1, built by National Reso Phonic in 2013, is a great, warm instrument that sounds surprisingly complex for an instrument built specifically to be loud.

With a gorgeous flamed maple body and neck, brass plate (with hotplate pickup) and a standard 14” scale, this mandolin is nice and articulate, while still allowing for lots of bluesy-ness thanks to its magnetic pickup.

Wide 1 ¼ nut.

In fair shape, with a noticeable amount of wear on the plate, as well as some marking throughout, but plays excellently.

Comes with the original hardshell case.
