1993 Lowden S25J Custom Brazilian Rosewood

$6,000.00

George Lowden's "Jazz" series, the nylon strung, medium sized crossover guitar that doesn't lean too far towards classical or jazz, is a super comfortable middle ground between multiple styles that's just at home playing folk as it is jazz as it is Bach.

This beautiful, aged in example from 1993 is a wonderfully open instrument, with a nice metallic low end that's complemented by a harp like higher register, thanks to its extra aged in Cedar top and Brazilian rosewood back and sides.

The top has a good amount of wear, as this guitar has been played consistently since its birth, but Lowdens are known for their propensity to wear in quickly thanks to their ultra-thin finish and light builds. There is one big ding on the top, along with a whole bunch of fingernail/pick wear.

Comes with the original hard shell case, a Hiscox.
