Built by famed Austin, TX maker Collings as a tribute to the ever sought after 1930’s D-28s, the D2H-T is the perfect modern encapsulation of a 1937 Martin D-28, but built to extremely exacting modern standards.

This particular example, built with an upgraded, baked Sitka spruce top, finished in a glorious vintage style sunburst, is paired with Indian rosewood back and sides, braced with pre-WWII style bracing, scalloped and all, to give a big explosive sound across all points of the tonal spectrum.

Built with a 1 ¾ nut and 30’s neck profile, this guitar has all the vintage playability as well.

The finish on the traditionals is thinner as well, for a larger sound.
