While not specifically the LSV model from earlier in the century, this is great Martin Custom tribute to perhaps the most famous bluegrass guitar of all time - Clarence White and Tony Rice’s 1935 D-28 that went through hell and back and lived to tell the tale (on some of the most influential bluegrass records of all time!)

With an Adirondack top, larger soundhole, tortoise style pickguard, and scalloped, 30’s style bracing, this guitar has that nice full, detailed sound 30’s Martins are renowned for, minus the fretboard binding Rice’s 28 was notable for having. (The Antique’s, as it’s known, fingerboard was actually taken off of Gretsch!

The nut, differing from Rice’s, is 1 11/16th.

In like new condition.
