2021/22 Martin 0000-28 Gruhn Special

$3,600.00

George Gruhn, the Nashville based guitar retailer known for his encyclopedic knowledge of all thing vintage guitar, sat down with Martin to create the venerable “Gruhn Special” amongst other models, a quad-0 sized 12-Fret guitar that accomplishes many of the same rounder, softer sounds as a 000 or OM but with more low end response.

This example, a Sitka spruce and Indian Rosewood example from around 2021, is a great, even sounding guitar with a nice bass profile and steady highs. The nut width is 1 13/16 for an early 20’s feel, along with a low oval profile as opposed to the severe 30’s V.

In excellent condition, barely played, comes with the original hard shell case.
