1972 Martin D-28
1972 Martin D-28
With its bright, punchy tone, and a nice comfy full soft V profile neck, this D-28 encapsulates what a lot of people like about Martin’s underapprecatiated years: a rock steady, solid workhorse guitar that can take anything you throw at it musically and physically.
With all the staples of a 70’s Martin; rosewood bridgplate, replaced pickguard, heavier build and a slightly larger neck, this guitar has a very strum focused sound, aided by a nice sitka top and Indian rosewood back and sides.
Good condition, though there is checking throughout and the pick guard has been replaced after the “Martin crack” has been repaired. Saddle is fairly low.
Comes with the original hardshell case.
