Tuesday, February 21st, 2012 - 7:30pm, $12.00
The Olde Town Pickin' Parlor's America's Soul Live! host Jon Chandler will offer a performance featuring Artists TBA. Backing up the guest artists will be regular favorites Ernie Martinez, and Johnny Neill. The songwriters will perform two round-robin sets on starting at 7:30pm. Admission is $12.00. Advanced reservations are advised due to limited seating and sell-out performances. Call (303) 421-2304. Pickin’ in the Parlor Songwriter’s Circle gives listeners an Austin City Limits-type experience featuring three Colorado-based songwriters. Host Jon Chandler, a Westminster-based singer/songwriter and award-winning author with four acclaimed CDs in release, welcomes two songwriters to the stage each month. “I perform at a lot of festivals, and the highlights are always after the main shows when writers and players get together in private rooms or hotel lobbies to jam,” says Chandler. “We capture that spirit in this series.” America’s Soul Live! – Pickin’ in the Parlor with Jon Chandler is aired on PBS television and now occasionally on the Altitude network on a monthly basis. |
